Welcome to the IFW Referral Partner Program. By using our platform and participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the system.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the IFW Referral Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Use outlined below. These terms may be updated at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2. Eligibility for Participation

To participate in the IFW Referral Partner Program, you must:

• Be a business owner or individual who has been associated with IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd. and its team for more than a year.
• Have experienced the services provided by IFW firsthand.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

IFW reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant based on the fulfillment of these criteria.

3. Referral Process

As an approved Referral Partner, you can refer potential clients ("leads") to IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd. The referred lead must convert to a paying client for you to be eligible for rewards under the program.

• Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with IFW.
• Leads must be referred through the official IFW Referral Partner portal.
• IFW will track the progress of referred leads and inform you of their status.

4. Commission Structure

Referral partners are entitled to monetary rewards when referred leads convert to sales. The exact amount and structure of these rewards will be communicated upon acceptance into the program and are subject to periodic updates.

• Payouts: Payments will be made as per the agreed payout schedule, once the referred lead converts into a successful sale.
• Commission Revisions: IFW reserves the right to modify the commission structure or payout schedule at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or the platform.

5. Responsibilities of the Referral Partner

By joining the IFW Referral Partner Program, you agree to:

• Refer qualified leads genuinely interested in IFW's services.
• Provide accurate information about the referred leads.
• Refrain from using deceptive or unethical methods for obtaining referrals.
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations when making referrals.

6. Responsibilities of IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd.

IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd. is committed to:

• Tracking referrals accurately and transparently.
• Providing timely updates on the status of referred leads.
• Issuing commission payments in a timely manner, in accordance with the program's rules.

7. Confidentiality

As a referral partner, you may have access to confidential information about IFW, including but not limited to client lists, business practices, and internal procedures. You agree to keep this information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent from IFW.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, any pending referrals that have not yet converted to sales will no longer qualify for rewards, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Termination by IFW: IFW reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program for any reason, including violation of these terms or unethical conduct.
• Termination by Referral Partner: You may terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Referral Partner Program. Your involvement in the program is entirely at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

11. Amendments

IFW reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform and communicated to participants. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
