  1. RTB - Referral Thank You Bonus for IFW Team Members

    • Description: A monetary incentive offered to IFW employees for every successful referral.

    • Bonus Amount: Rs. 1000/- per new client.

    • Eligibility: All IFW Techno Creations team members.

    • Process:

      1. Employees refer potential clients via an internal portal or email.

      2. Once the referred client signs a deal with IFW, the employee becomes eligible for the bonus.

      3. The bonus is disbursed in the next salary cycle after the client makes the first payment.

  2. RTD - Referral Thank You Discount for Current Clients

    • Description: A discount reward system for IFW's current clients who refer new clients.

    • Discount Amount: Rs. 1000/- per new client.

    • Eligibility: All existing clients of IFW Techno Creations.

    • Process:

      1. Clients refer potential clients to IFW via an online referral form or email.

      2. Once the referred client signs a deal with IFW, the referring client receives a Rs. 1000/- discount(*Can be more as per the nature of the project and long term relationship with client), which will be applied to their next billing.

      3. The discount is available on the next billing cycle after the referred client makes their first payment.

  3. RTP - Referral Thank You to External Partners

    • Description: A commission-based incentive for external partners (individuals, agencies, or organizations) who refer new business to IFW.

    • Commission Structure: 10% of the total deal value (not inclusive of taxes or third-party expenses).

    • Eligibility: Any external entity or individual who has partnered with IFW.

    • Process:

      1. Partners refer potential clients to IFW.

      2. Once the referred client signs a contract, the partner is eligible to receive 10% of the deal amount IFW earns.

      3. The payout is calculated based on the actual amount received from the client in installments (if applicable) and does not include taxes or third-party costs.

      4. Payment to the partner is processed within 15 days of IFW receiving payments from the referred client.
